Anna is so patient and kind, it was my first time doing a manicure and pedicure. She was really patient to ensure my choices are met in view of my upcoming wedding. Today was my first time bringing my mother-in-law to this nail salon. Because my mother-in-law is getting older and her toenails are hard to trim, we had to go to a nail salon. Anna do it with full of patient, she is really kind and humble. The staff there are really friendly and responsive, we really feel comfortable at her store. Anna will never hard selling or push you to sign any packages from her, Anna and her staff are brilliant. anna was sooo sweet! usually i always get scolded by manicurists because i pick at my cuticles, but anna was so sweet and gentle in reminding me why i shouldnt do that. she was so welcoming and did not feel intimidating at all. she made sure that it did not hurt at all when she was working around my wounds too 🥺
